Product Description 

Supraclean 4412 is an aggressive high pH (alkaline) powdered cleaner combining select dispersants, oxidants, and builders effective on a wide range of foulants.

Usage And Application Instructions for Supraclean 4412 

The standard dilution ratio is 25 grams of 8812 per liter of water. 

1. Inspect all cleaning system components to include CIP tank, hoses, and cartridge filters. Flush or replace if necessary. 

2. Fill cleaning tank with RO permeate or DI water. Turn on agitator or tank recirculation pump. 

3. The solution should be heated up to max. 40˚C to improve cleaning efficacy. Do not exceed the membrane manufacturer’s temperature limits. 

4. Circulate solution as per the MF/UF module manufacturer recommended procedures 

5. Flush the system with MF/UF filtrate 

6. Static soaking heavily fouled membranes is recommended. After soaking recirculate again for a minimum of 30 minutes. Rinse systems prior to system start-up 

7. In cases of heavy fouling, the first return flow (up to 15% of the cleaning tank volume) should be diverted to drain to prevent redeposition of removed solids. 

Handling

Avoid spilling, skin and eye contact. Observe good chemical hygiene practices.
