Antiscalant Dosage Calculator
Antiscalant Dosage Calculator should be used to calculate the amount of antiscalant delivered by dosing pump from a dilution tank, direct from the drum or from a bulk storage facility, into the feed water based on the feed flow and the desired antiscalant active dosage concentration. Please follow general guidelines recommended for use of antiscalants.

Note: If the Antiscalant is directly fed into the system, without dilution; than enter Day Tank Concentration as 100% and Tank Vol will be equal to tote volume
General Guidelines
- It is recommended that the antiscalant concentration in dilution tank be above 10%
- Use RO permeate for Antiscalant dilution
- Dilution tank should be drained, cleaned and rinsed every 30-60 days
